about

Two Book Thieves is made up of two British girls,
Becky and Angharad, who have a love for books.

angharad

Hi! I’m Angharad, I’m twenty-two and I’m from Wales. I’m a book blogger, gamer and proud feminist. I’ll read anything fiction and am constantly on the look out for books with diversity. When I’m not hidden behind a book, I’m looking after my dogs and getting angry at video games. Reading has got me through a lot of tough times and it has all stemmed from reading Harry Potter as a kid (and yes, I’m one of those still waiting for my Hogwarts letter.) Our aim is to give honest reviews, promote a diverse range of books and hopefully recommend the perfect books for you.
Some of my current favourites:
The Book Thief by Markus Zusak, Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo, A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin, When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi, The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller, The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet by Becky Chambers, Dangerous Girls by Abigail Haas, Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi, The Spinster Club series by Holly Bourne and The Summer that Melted Everything by Tiffany McDaniel

Hello! I’m Becky, I’m 24, and I’m from Manchester UK.

I’m a photographer, wannabe explorer and avid reader, especially of young adult and fantasy books. I also make book related cross stitches during the dark times when I run out of things to read. I was always a bookworm when I was younger, hiding under my bedcovers with a torch to read, and my love of books was reignited when I came across The Hunger Games when I was about 17. I’m short, ginger, and stereotypically angry. I’m an INTJ. I basically only wear monochrome (apart from red lipstick, obviously). I’d choose sitting at home alone with a good book over socialising any day.

Some of my favourite books are:
A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas, Deathless by Catherynne M. Valente, Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo, the Daughter of Smoke and Bone series by Laini Taylor, The Tiger’s Daughter by K Arsenault Rivera, The Bear and the Nightingale by Katherine Arden, Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor.
